1. Using this website

This website gives information about Vectors Resort and lets you send booking requests, enquiries and messages. Please use it lawfully and give accurate details.

2. Booking requests

Sending a booking request does not confirm a room. A booking is confirmed only when we reply to confirm it. Nothing is paid through this website.

Rates, availability, check-in and check-out times, deposits and cancellation terms are confirmed with you directly when we reply, and apply to your stay.

3. Prices and information

We work to keep prices, photos and descriptions accurate, but they may change and may contain errors. We will confirm the details with you before your stay.

4. Events and conference bookings

Event and conference bookings are agreed individually: the date, services, packages and payment terms are set out when we confirm your booking.

5. Guest conduct

Guests are asked to respect other guests, staff and the resort's property. We may decline or end a stay where conduct puts people or property at risk.

6. Content and links

The text, photos and design on this website belong to Vectors Resort or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without asking. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Vectors Resort is not liable for loss caused by a temporary fault with this website or by information on it that turns out to be out of date.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
